The American reality television star Kim Kardashian West announced on Friday the birth of her fourth child, a boy born as a surrogate, with rapper Kanye West. "It has arrived and it is perfect!" tweeted the Californian 38-year-old.
It is the second child of the couple born by gestation for others, after Chicago, who came to the world in January 2018. "It's the Chicago doppelganger!" tweeted the star of keeping up with the Kardashians, the reality show that helped make her famous. "I am sure he will change a lot, but for now," she added, "he looks like a trait to her."
Pregnancy, a health risk for Kim Kardashian
The couple had two other children brought to the world by Kim Kardashian West, North, a daughter born in June 2013, and Saint, a boy born in December 2015. The spouses have not yet announced the first name of their fourth child.
Kim Kardashian West had explained that she was prone to placenta accreta, a placenta positioning anomaly. This positioning can cause a significant internal bleeding at birth.
